The little house is tucked into a nature reserve on the island of Syros, and the paid position which comes with these beautiful accommodations has been shared on God’s Little People Cat Rescue’s Facebook page more than 32,000 times.
The place is quiet and astoundingly beautiful. And of course, there are more than a few friendly cats waiting to say hello.

“You’ll no doubt thrive best if you are the type of person who appreciates nature and likes tranquility — and rest comfortably in your own company,” according to the job posting on Facebook. “That said, you’ll never feel lonely in the company of the cats in your house.”

As with all jobs, there are a few requirements, and this includes feeding the kitties and taking them to the vet when needed. And you’ll need to help feral cats now and then. The coolest part of this job? There’s plenty of cats to cuddle.

Candidates don’t have to meet specific requirements, but the sanctuary has a few pointers:
“From experience, the job is most suitable for someone 45 + years of age, who’s responsible, reliable, honest, practically inclined — and really, with a heart of gold! Apart from feeding the cats, the cats will need lots of love and attention.”
I don’t know about you, but I might just give it a go!
